**All Sales Are Final – No Returns or Exchanges**

At Das Hot! Shop, we specialize in made-to-order printed and embroidered apparel, including our signature matching sets and coordinated outfits. Because each item is custom-produced specifically for you through our print-on-demand partners, **all sales are final**. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, sizing issues, color preferences, or fit.

**Please be certain before you purchase.**  

We strongly encourage you to:

- Carefully review our detailed **size charts** on every product page (including model measurements for height, bust, waist, and hips).

- Examine all product images, videos, and fabric descriptions.

- Email us from our contact page with any questions about sizing, materials, or styling **before placing your order**.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

### Defective Items Only

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect (such as printing errors, damaged seams, or incorrect item received), please contact us **within 7 days of delivery** with clear photos and your order number. We will work directly with our production partner to arrange a reprint or replacement where possible, at no additional cost to you. 

Note: Normal wear, minor variations in print (due to the handmade nature of POD), or shipping-related delays do not qualify as defects.

### Shipping & Delivery

All orders are fulfilled from print-on-demand facilities in the US or EU for optimal speed to our primary USA customers. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or high-volume periods. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

### Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without first contacting us will result in account restrictions and may affect future orders. We maintain detailed records of all transactions, including policy acceptance at checkout, to resolve issues fairly and efficiently.

### Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
